With the living environment pollution and food safety hazards, China’s annual rate of cardiovascular disease are at increased, whereas the ECG information can reflect the basic situation of the heart, so the ECG data with the prediction ability for cardiovascular disease. However, the current ECG equipment bulky, expensive and professional requirements higher makes not popular. City patients due to a large population can’t be fully monitoring, and remote rural areas because of price limits are not timely get the measure, so the development of portable ECG monitor instrument imminent low price.This system takes the STM32 microprocessor as the core, the development of a portable ECG monitoring system, this system mainly completes ECG signal amplifying and conditioning, analog-to-digital signal conversion, filtering, storage, communication and display function. In order to achieve processor signal processing needs and extract all information of ECG, the ECG signals from the heart obtained relatively minor, we design a multistage amplifier drive circuit and multilevel filter circuit, the STM32 voltage signal processor can only accept certain range, so to the AD interface of STM32 in the electrical signal after a pretreatment after STM32, the analog signal into digital signal through the AD module comes, then after processing display and transmission., in the process of software development, the need to upgrade and transplant of the system software, the software part adopts C language in KEIL development environment, including acquisition, filtering, display, and other functions of the ECG signal, using the procedures of modular design, the main module includes the system boot self-check and alarm of external equipment, ECG signal acquisition and preprocessing, AD conversion unit, processing data, graphics rendering, data storage and communication etc.Through the test, the system structure is reasonable, stable, small volume, can realize the waveform acquisition and display, with the incidence of cardiovascular disease continue to rise year by year and the people to the attention of the disease, the popularity of portable ECG device will get large range, so it has broad application value.
