For the renting problems of Chengdu, based on the Android mobile platform, the high quality Tianditu map application programming interfaces combined with data mining technology and My SQL database, this paper proposes a renting system named "Lie Fang Bao" of Chengdu. System includes query of houses, publishing houses, the route query, online booking, pushing, and other functions. This system is creative in using Tianditu map API and the Improved algorithm of association rules mining based on concept lattice to design the pushing function, The experimental results show that the renting system can run well on mobile devices based on the Android system, and it is convenient for users to rent a house, has a certain practicality. In this paper, the following work has been carried out:(1) Renting system named "Lie Fang Bao" Based on the Tianditu was designed and developed. System has achieved the query of houses, publishing houses, the route query, online booking, pushing, comments, concerns, and other functions;(2) Studying the classical algorithm of association rule and its shortcomings, according to the housing data in this paper, improving the algorithm of association rules mining based on the algorithm of building concept lattice, programming and testifying the availability.(3) Proposing a new measure of association rules:Kulc_measure.Experiments show that:the proposed algorithm of association rules mining based on the incremental algorithm of building concept lattice is suitable for house data, The new algorithm is more comprehensive than the classical; the new standard Kulc_measure can measure the influence of property changes on association rules, It is more practical; The function of "Lie Fang Bao" can basically meet the needs of users.
