In the field of artificial intelligence, dialogue system is a smart computer system which is able to communicate information with humans. The kind that enables oral interaction is called spoken dialogue system. By far, the key point to realize a dialogue system for different knowledge areas and application scenarios lies in the leading mode and the management structure of the dialogue. This study focuses on designing and researching a spoken dialogue system of the tourism information that provide query service.By redeveloping the open source web crawler program, we pulled information from the tourism column of web portals and then filtered and categorized it for database storage. This kind of information is text data yet voice and image data is also needed to build a better service system. The voice data was obtained from the interfaces related to certain application scenarios of development platform. Considering users’ demand on the map information and dialogue system’s expansion of services, the image data of map contour needs to be record and storage to the local file.As a spoken dialogue system of tourism information providing query service, a user-leading mode was adopted thus the procedure of human-computer interaction is dominated by the users. Given that the databases of the system lack statistical data, we applied Slot-filling multitasking structure to realize this system. The slot-filling structure indicates the attributive characters of a task and tasks are defined by structures with different attributes. Province information and scenic spots information might be requested, so it was involved three kinds of tasks, including province information query, city information query and scenic spots information query, whose attributes could be partly subjected to each other. After many times of testing, redesigning and optimizing the system, the result showed that realizing this spoken dialogue system of tourism information by slot-filling multitasking structure was practicable.
