| With the development of information technology, information management system based on B/S structure has become the mainstream model of management system. With much information management systems are used in an internal government organizations and enterprises, we facing a lot of forms to fill in and data to entry during use. The traditional form filling and data entry methods rely mainly on the user’s manual entry, resulting in low efficiency of data entry and further affect efficiency. Therefore, the study of data entry efficiency has high research value and practical significance in the day that the information systems are widely used.In recent years, the research to enhance the efficiency of data entry always focused on innovation of data entry and optimization of data form. In this paper, through the study of real-time prediction capabilities of search engines and recommendation system, we proposed a recommended entry model based on reverse nearest neighbor collaborative filtering. In this model the theory of the recommendation system is applied in the form of data entry, so as to improve the intelligence of Web forms, the speed of form filling and the efficiency of data entry. The main works of this paper are as follows.1. We studied the Web form data entry of the information system based on B/S structure. We introduced the information management system based on B/S structure and the MVC development pattern. Then we focus on the existing recommendation system theory and basic knowledge that we used in the recommended entry model in this paper.2. The recommendation algorithm which using in this entry model has been studied especially. And a collaborative filtering algorithm based on inverse nearest neighbor has been proposed which on the basis of the traditional nearest neighbor collaborative filtering algorithm. First, the algorithm analyzes the deficiencies of the existing nearest neighbor collaborative filtering algorithm, after that the inverse-nearest neighbor set has been considered, eventually the recommended result has been got through the merger set of nearest neighbor set and the inverse of the collection.3. After studying the core algorithms in the entry model. We made functional needs analysis about data entry by recommended and do some research about using the recommendation engine in the practical application. Finally, the basic architecture and workflows of a recommended entry model for web form based on inverse nearest neighbor collaborative filtering has been given.4. The paper use Matlab and KLM-GOMS model to test and assess the recommendation algorithm and recommended entry model, the results show that the model can effectively improve the efficiency of data entry in the practical application. |
