The Design And Implementation Of Online Appointing System Based On Android

With the accelerated pace of life, people are increasingly dependent on networks. In this case, traditional training courses have been unable to meet people’s demonds. People, especially white-collar family, have limited free time. If they spend one day or more attending English courses, their quality of life may decline. Therefore, online education has become the new favourite of white-collar family. In order to make full use of students’spare time, making an appointment for class may be a better way than attending classes in fixed time. On the other hand, smart phones are becoming more and more popular, so people are willing to solving problems by smart phones. In this way, we decide to develop an Android application for appointing couses.This system is designed based on the MVC design pattern. What’s more, this application can get data with the format of JSON from the server, so we need to analyse the data of JSON. In this paper, we introduce JSON and how to analyse the data of JSON in Android application development. In the function of dealing with recording, we use the object of AudioRecord. Last but not the least, in order to make our system more attractive, we rewrite lots of widgets.With the release of this project, more and more students use this system for appointing classes. On one hand, our system brings convenience to students. On the other hand, more and more people trust our online education now. In the near future, video calls and other functions will be integrated into our system.
