Research And Application Of Security Solutions In Management System

Since the educational reform, higher education in China is becoming more popular, the scale and amount of colleges and universities are expanding, the profession coverage is becoming more widely, the enrollment number is kept increasing. These changes have resulted in the increasing difficulties of students’ production practice management. Nowadays there are many problems in high school production practice management, for example, the students are too scattered, the interns are hard to concentrate, the effective communication between teachers and students are not enough, prompt communication between interns are lacking, the school instructors can’t guide and answer questions according to students’ internship process, at the same time, the instructors also have difficulties in mastering the psychological changes of the interns. In addition, the differences in content and emphasis between school and enterprises in the process of internship have resulted in unpredictable difficulties in process monitoring and effectiveness evaluation.Due to the above situation, it is a general trend to merge modern Internet technology in high school student employment practice management. Applying Information Technology to design a distributive, networking, multilevel internship management system and building a communication platform of student, tutor and enterprise will contribute to the effective management of various documents during the internship. With the development of information, Internet and intelligence, especially Information Technology which is promoting social improvement and development in a revolutionary way, the problems of information security are becoming prominent. The security of system has decided the quality of software. The system security consisted of four aspects:integrity, confidentiality, availability and non-repudiation.This paper discusses the application prospect of management system at home and abroad and the use value of safety program, and then analyzes the demand and design of student production practice management system. This paper chose to building a system using a three-tier architecture, adopts VS2012 as front page, and uses SQL Server database management system as data layer to develop the system. More importantly, this paper realizes and examines the security program, using symmetric encryption algorithm to realize document transfer security, using asymmetric to realize private key sharing and digital signature, using MD5 to realize data verification and using verification code strategy, import security constraints, case sensitive and limited the number of trial and error strategies to prevent possible attack methods. This paper also uses static security test, dynamic penetration test, program data scanning, Eunit and Rational AppScan instruments to test the security of the system.The end of the paper analyzes the function module in practice management system and summarizes the research and realization of safety plan, then puts forward some problems to be solved in the process of application and the outlook of relevant technology and working prospect.
