The Design And Implementation Of Household Grid Verification Management System For Qujing City Internal Revenue Service

Qujing Municipal National Tax Bureau carries household verification work and strengthens the verification in order to prevent the occurrence of tax evasion and improve taxpayer service capabilities for enterprise. Based on the idea of information management tax, Qujing Municipal National Tax Bureau proposes strategy that use of the grid and the area is divided household verification. Using network management concept, Qujing Municipal National Tax Bureau designs and implements grid management system of household registration verification which is used by verification task information, taxpayer information, early warning information and the grid information management. And it can realize the management and service of the grid management and improve the efficiency of enterprises, the efficiency of household registration verification.Combined with currently popular development technologies and outstanding foreign household registration verification management system development technology, we determine to develop the system based on B/S architecture. MVC design pattern divides the system into the model layer, view layer and control layer, which is user-friendly management. We use Struts2, Spring, Hibernate framework technology as well as the Javascript, Jsp and other front-end technology for the development of the system design. In addition, we mainly use traditional techniques, such as HTML, CSS technology and popular JQuery technology, to complete system interface design. In database design, we chose small relational database MySql as a database platform, which is high flexibility, stability and strong operating characteristics of the system data.According to the business needs of staff, the user roles and business functions of Qujing Municipal National Tax Bureau Grid Management System of Household Registration Verification will be divided. The main roles include:secretary users, business users, grid administrator users, super users and users competent tax officials. System features include:assigned task management, spontaneous task management, objective assessment management and system configuration management, which is a total of four sub-business functions. By different users on different business to operate independently, and linkages between the various users, coordination, co-management system, it allows verification of household work proceeding smoothly.After the running of grid management system of household registration verification and through a specific grid administrators point to point services to enterprises, it improves work efficiency of National Tax Bureau and the quality of tax collection, which lays a solid foundation for the economic development of the city. In addition, it provides a unified and standardized development for the management of household verification.
