As people’s living standards have improved, all kinds of goods around the side of the people. People live with food and clothing for a variety of needs and without doubt people are inseparable from these various kinds of goods during all life. In these commodities, food and drug no doubt acttracting all the attention of people, because they relate to people’s physical and mental health. While the quality and safety of food and drugs is the national and social concern. Thus, the State Food and Drug Administration introduced various policies to ensure the safety of food and drugs. Among these, including a drug regulatory policy code. The policy requirements all the production of basic drugs directory drug manufacturers must complete the supervision code implementation before March 31,2011. At the same time, the whole sale who sales these basic drug enterprises also need to have electronic monitoring code to achieve storage and scanning out of drugs, in order to achieve the whole process supervision of drug circulation. Therefore, each drug production companies need to print or paste on the barcode in every production and sales of pharmaceutical packaging, and the transformation of the production line, one of every product produced by the code scanning and the code data back to the country’s regulatory system.To carry out the implementation of electronic supervision at present, electronic supervision has been extended to the veterinary drugs, and has been upgraded to a two-dimensional code from one-dimensional code. The two-dimensional code barcode, the content can support non-English the character, more intensive content, does not support the acquisition in rapid movement. The main work of this paper is to design and implement a site based on two dimensional code Assign Association system. The system adopts three level code correlation, support from the bottle to the box and then to the three level packaging tray, meet the vast majority of enterprises with the national veterinary drug electronic supervision requirements. The system starts from the production in the medicine bottle, the bottle is collected the first two-dimensional code, in the acquisition of grade second boxes installed two-dimensional code, loaded into the tray kit when print third two-dimensional code, each enterprise production batches of products, will be generated by the system off.combined files uploaded to the National Veterinary Supervision system. In this way, the country can query and supervision through the supervision system of veterinary products production and sale. This system mainly has the following several new points:1, Support bar code and two-dimensional code two encoding. The system only needs to be unified into one-dimensional bar code collector code acquisition head, and the software system is provided for the one-dimensional code acquisition, can realize one dimension the site code Assign association. This system can be used in human and veterinary medicine.electronic supervision system.2, Scan two-dimensional code after finishing product quality inspection. Therefore, the system has used a custom-built rotary positioning device. The medicine system, most of the production line is the collection head mounted directly on the barcode labeling machine, labeling the first collection after. This association will give the subsequent production trouble, the quality inspection of the nonconforming product two-dimensional code data need to be deleted from the associated system.3, bottle box two stations use fixed collector, without manual intervention or acquisition, try to reduce the existing workshop personnel intervention process.
