CNC engraving technology is constantly developing, image modeling requirements are becoming increasingly high. Combining modern technology with traditional carving CNC engraving technology emerged a computer CNC engraving technology, which used CAM software to design any fonts, graphics, three-dimensional data and a computer to calculate the path of the machining. The development of computer engraving technology will directly affected by researching dimensional modeling technology. At the same time, the application of three-dimensional data in computer modeling of CNC engraving technology is also becoming more important. The main purpose of this article is intended to study the basis of the continuous application of the existing three-dimensional images and modeling technology, and summarized, which made more effective stereoscopic image post-processing methods by the new-created systemic way.Processing three-dimensional model has the following main steps: point cloud acquisition, post-processing for point cloud, code generation, and several other aspects. In this paper, pictures photos, 3D cameras, three-dimensional scanner as the main method of image acquisition. In this paper, three-dimensional camera 3D scanners are used to study. The better point cloud will be obtained more efficiently.There are significant deficiencies in the course of processing model using a three-dimensional or three-dimensional camera scanner.3D files post-processing includes the following four aspects can make the model better: First, according the noise of the raw point cloud, reducing noise efficiently; second, according to the composition of the actual characteristics of the model point cloud data, the general point cloud data in the model to amend the hole problem; third, analysing the theoretical model point cloud, according to the terms of the surface details to reconstruct the model, the surface will be reconstructed faster; fourth, according to the actual situation, massive point cloud data can not be loaded from an external memory to the internal memory one-off. The practising of dynamic loading for point cloud model, enable real-time reconstruction for the final model. This paper will research the way to enable real-time reconstruction for the final model efficiently.
