In the modern high speed rail age of technology booming, speed and security is the core of the high speed train. The national "Twelfth Five Year Plan" clearly put forward the intelligent road of high speed train to go with the security and speed of parallel development. As the main direction of "China Manufacturing 2025", intelligence is also the development direction of high speed train in our country. In the process of intelligent high speed train running at high speed, it need to collect the state information of important components (such as wheel set, bogies, traction motor and so on) and the environmental information of train route with the sensor network and the Internet of things, so that it can provide the reference for the work condition monitoring and diagnosis of high speed train, cloud storage is an important part. Cloud storage is dedicated to solve the problem of mass data storage. Its high reliability, high scalability, and big throughput can meet the needs of the intelligent trains.Firstly, in-depth demand analysis of intelligent high speed train system is carried on. Starting from the train system model, the features of the data has been analyzed and studied. A cloud storage solution to deal with the complicated mass data storage of intelligent high speed train system is introduced, and intelligent train safety cloud storage system model is presented in this paper.Secondly, the key technology of cloud storage system is analyzed, including network communication, RPC, multi-thread scheduling, AES encryption algorithms, file splitting, data integrity check, and the encapsulation of AES is achieved in this paper. Also the program of file splitting and merging is realized for the single large file data in the intelligent high speed train. And the sequence encryption and decryption of multiple files is achieved to solve batch file encryption in a single node. This ensures confidentiality and reliability of data in the intelligent train.In the end, the operational mechanism of HDFS is studied in detail, which focus the key technology of the cloud storage system model. The intelligent train cloud storage system module is realized on the Hadoop cluster set up by two virtual machine with the data encryption module. Also the necessary function and performance of system is carried out. The result shows that, this cloud storage system can meet the design requirement, also can provide a valuable reference for the development of intelligent train cloud storage system.
