By using the methods of Lyapunov functionals, linear matrix inequality(LMI), Schur lemma, free weighting matrix and matrix decoupling, we studies the problem of ¥H filter design for T-S fuzzy systems with interval time delays. The main contents are as follows:(1) The problem of ¥H filter design for T-S fuzzy systems with interval time delays has been discussed. By introducing free weighting matrix and constructing suitable Lyapunov functionals, we give a new filter design method based on linear matrix inequality. Finally the simulation examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the new method.(2) The problem of ¥H robust filter design for T-S fuzzy systems with interval time delays has been discussed. Firstly, a suitable Lyapunov functionals are constructed, and then by introducing free weighting matrices, we give a new filter design method based on linear matrix inequality. Finally, the simulation example shows the effectiveness and feasibility of the method and feasibility.At last, we summary the all text and point out the further research direction.
