Organic light emitting diode, due to its unique advantages, as well as potentiallow-cost superiority, has been considered as the most competitive technology for nextgeneration of lighting and display. After years of research and development, thebrightness, efficiency, lifetime and stability of OLED have been improved greatly.Meanwhile, its applications in business is also developing rapidly.Currently, there are two important factors limiting OLED techniques forcommercial use. The first one is the price. At present the conformity rate of OLEDproduction line is relative lower than LCD, which causes higher price for OLEDproductions. The second one is blue phosphorescent materials’ life time. There arefew blue phosphorescent materials reported whose life time reaches civilianrequirements. Compared with phosphorescent materials, the blue fluorescent materialsis cheaper and has longer life time, because their synthesis doesn’t require expensiveheavy metal ligand. The F\P Hybrid WOLED made by blue fluorescent materials hasbetter business prospects.To make F\P Hybrid WOLED using blue fluorescent materials, this thesis ismainly three tasks as following:(1) Based on efficient deep blue materials, we have made fluorescent OLEDswhose maximum external quantum efficiency had achieved3%, CIE (0.15,0.05). Therelationship between the structure and color of the materials has also been discussed.(2) Using BUBD-1dopped deep blue fluorescent molecules to make a series ofmore efficient fluorescent blue devices. A delayed fluorescence phenomenonappearing in the device has been discussed.(3) Some hybrid WOLEDs has been made and discussed. And some work hasbeen done to improve the color stability of hybrid WOLEDs...
