Research On Fault Monitoring And Diagnosis System Of An Engineering Vehicle

With the develop of integration level of vehicles and electronic appliances are widelyused in the automobile, vehicle operating status become more and more complex, thevehicle fault diagnosis technology came into being. The fault diagnosis technologybecomes more functional and perfect. The accuracy rate of fault diagnosis is rising day byday. However, self-diagnostic technology in automotive engineering vehicle is not verypopular. This paper developed a fault monitoring vehicle diagnostic system for a certaintype of military vehicle to match its current status.Auxiliary control system for the special engineering vehicle consists of two segments,hardware and software. Select critical information of engineering vehicles, collect theinformation through signal conditioning circuitry, convert the analog signal to digitalsignal through AD conversion, show information real-time via the LCD and save the datawhich we need. Systems of engineering vehicle monitor the operating status and evaluatethe possible abnormal conditions. It designed alarm warning programs for the criticaldesign limit, which realized by sound and light to remind the driver of the vehicle whoconcerned attention to the operation.In order to ensure the reliability of the system, this paper analyzes the interferencesource of monitoring diagnostic system. Take measures to deal with the interference byoptimize the structure of hardware and software. Reference to the OBD system fault codes,systems design with codes too. When abnormal conditions come up, the relevantparameters and fault codes will be stored. So that the technician could reappear the vehiclerunning condition, in this way, to enhance the accurate rate of fault diagnosis.
