Since Shannon pioneered information theory, people had done a lot of deep study,thus having got some excellent results. However, there are still some issues which havenot been answered perfectly. In the field of communication, the main concern is how tomake the transmission of information more efficiently and more accurately. To solve thisproblem, scientists have analyzed the capacity region correspondingly.Nowadays, in the field of communication, a new hot study issue is networkinformation theory. Gaussian multi-user channel reveals some important features ofnetwork information theory. As far as we known, we have already known the capacityregion of the discrete-time Gaussian channel. According to the difference of theinterference intensity, Gaussian interference channel can be divided into Gaussianchannel with strong interference、Gaussian channel with weak interference、Gaussianchannel with mixture interference、and Gaussian channel with degenerated interference,and so on. In this paper, our main consideration is that for two pairs of receiver andtransmitter channel model, in the continuous-time Gaussian interference channel withstrong interference,under the condition of given power, we use the SND technology toprocess information thus getting its capacity region and then give a detail proof of itsachievability part and its converse part.What’s more, we contrast this capacity region with the capacity region of Gaussianmultiple access channel, we find that in the model of this paper, capacity region isexpanded, the capacity of the channel region is the original pentagon rather than aquadrilateral,that’s to say, under the continuous-time the channel region is easier andmore powerful in transmission. Moreover, the capacity region of continuous-timeGaussian is the first order Taylor series of that of discrete-time channel.
