This thesis launched a research and design on a new kind of intelligent perimetersystems equipped with fiber sensor and computer technology. Compared with other kinds ofsensing technologies, fiber sensing has better performance because of it’s uniquecharacteristics such as high sensitivity, anti-electromagnetic interference, transfer largeamount of information and so on. With the rapid development of fiber sensing technology, ithas been more and more widely used in traditional areas and has received much attention.In this thesis, we innovatively applied fiber sensing technology into a traditional fieldcalled field cultural relics protection system and designed the under layer of a simple fiberperimeter system which can detect micro underground waves, hoping that through the greatquality and efficiency of fiber sensor and computer science we can develop a kind of smart,cautious and convenient application of the new generation of security systems.This thesis briefly introduces the basic principles of fiber sensing technology at first andthen introduces several fiber sensing structures which is most widely used. According to thecomparison of their effects and characteristics, we designed a simple fiber sensing which canfocus on underground waves. Then we discussed about the main strategy of data sample cardand designed one only with core functions. Detailed principles of the data sampling and datacommunication logic were brought out as well. After that, we build the logic of themanagement software’s under layer, aiming at processing the sampling data and responsingto requests rapidly. This module should be strongly expansible and has good potential forupgrading to cloud center. Finally, a series of tests were executed on each module as well asthe whole system.
