In recent years, China’s service trade has maintained a good momentum of development and it has made a great contribution to the growth of national economy. In2013, the total amount of China service trade ranks the third in the world. The growth rates of import and export volume of China service trade have remained above ten percent in2013and2014. With the development of network technology, a new trade pattern is generated, that is, e-commerce, which has a huge influence in the field of trade in services. E-commerce is applied in trade service, which can help to avoid a lot of intermediate links in traditional trade, reduce trade costs, extend the trading spaces, improve trading efficiency, and shorten the distance of trade. All of these will make the service trade become globalized, high efficient, and intelligent. Under this situation, the Chinese International Trading Service Website is developed.The Chinese International Trading Service Website is the first comprehensive trading service platform in China, which provides online trading service for enterprises on trade in services globalized. Enterprises can complete the whole process of trading service by using the platform which adopts B2B (Business to Business) e-commerce model. This platform is one of the global e-commerce portal websites, and it provides services involving more than74categories of industry. The J2EE framework, which is used in the project of the Chinese International Trading Service Website, is called SSI (Structs2, Spring, iBatis). Struts2based on MVC architecture can control work flow, and its clear structure help developers to pay more attention to the realization of the business logic; Spring framework is used as a management container in this project. The technology of IoC and AOP can make the project develop easier; iBatis is a "semi-automatic" ORM (Object Relational Mapping) framework, and it allows developers to write efficient SQL statements according to the characteristics of database. FreeMarker technology is utilized to deal with display of web page, and technology of Oracle11g RAC is used in database. There are international and domestic versions of this project. According to differences in users and functions, the project can be divided into three subsystem, operators’ backstage subsystem, member center subsystem, and site front-end subsystem.This thesis focuses on the development of the operators’ backstage subsystem. The function of the subsystem is to facilitate the operation and maintenance of websites, update sites’ contents, improve the user experience, and analyze data of sites. This subsystem consists of four function modules; they are system management, membership management, site management, and functional management.The development work of system management functional module is completed. After many tests and modifications, the system has passed the test and goes live. Currently, the system has been operating stably for some time. The function and performance of the system can meet the user’s requirements. Users also put forward suggestions for improving the system, which will be modified in the follow-up development of the system.
