For digital television technology world to be a very big concern, digitaltelevision represents the side show the direction of the times, it includes TVcommercials, traditional television, radio broadcasting and television business, andmany other digital media features in one. Jilin digital TV subscribers have more than60million, effective audience is more than200million. The era of rapid development,the birth of new technologies will lead to the emergence of new applications. Anytime the popularity of digital TV technology to each household, and promote theincreased bandwidth of the user to be able to transmit more information, databroadcasting is in this form of birth.This technique is mainly used for data broadcast information transmission, whichis capable of high speed transfer text, graphics, video, audio, data, etc. to such as PC,set-top boxes and other smart devices. Data broadcasting service providers can beobtained from the Internet or other means a lot of information, through the digitalbroadcast channel, the rich multimedia information to the user’s home, through amirrored storage, access by the user on demand. This approach is not only a source ofdata dissemination rich, widely spread, but also to avoid the channel congestion, andother shortcomings can not be saved, after radio and television and the Internet knownas the fifth media, the emergence of this technology, and information transmissiondiversity to meet the digital TV homes will be able to obtain a wide range ofinformation the user needs. Now, Jilin data broadcast will be aired thousands ofreal-time dynamic and messages every day, to ensure the real-time information. Giventhe large amount of information, the urgent need for a management system thatcombines the latest Internet technology, information and data used for effectivemanagement, statistics. To comply with the direction of development of the Internet, this paper designedJilin data broadcasting information management system of traditional mediainformation management technology and Internet technology, to abandon the use ofartificial means of gathering information in the past, some of the high degree ofrepetition, meaningless working through object-oriented technology encapsulates toachieve its function. The overall system uses B/S architecture, the Internet andtraditional IT management system integrated into the system, and informationcollection, management, coding, advertisements and user management functions,which greatly improves the work efficiency, more effective realization of informationmanagement. System consists of information management module and systemmanagement module. Information management module for the collection andmanagement of information, and the information collected audit, classification, andfinally encode information pack, complete broadcast information; SystemManagement Module: used to manage user information, audit user, edit userpermissions, etc. system aspects of the operation; at the same time, the moduleincludes a database of information for maintenance, backup and other functions.In object-oriented language system on select Java, J2EE platform by using MVCarchitecture to achieve the function of the system, not a huge amount of informationdue to the storage system, so choose the SQL Server on the database file by SMLcompiler implementation of information files encoding and broadcast. For the Websystem, the system uses Spring MVC framework development, while using SpringSecurity Framework to manage user permissions. Work center of the whole system isto encode information and broadcasting, SML file generator for the flow ofinformation through the Servlet passed post-formatted output to achieve its codingfunctions; and through the flow multiplexing, the associated ID SML linked file, youcan achieve the advertised features.After completion of the encoding operation of the system according to therequirements and design of the entire system demonstration function which modulehas been complete to achieve, very efficient, the system broadcast information datacollection, integration, management, coding and broadcast.
