SCA programming model, due to its advantages of loose coupling, location-transparency, protocol-independence and good adaptability to continuous changes in work flow, is attracting more and more attention. On the basis of detailed study on the current status of SCA service’s development and management, this article analyzes the short comings of the present system applied in distributed Internet of things environment. This article aims at eliminating the complexity and inefficiency in SCA service development process as well as providing a fully functional SCA service generation and management system suitable for the distributed system.Based on the Eclipse platform, this article achieves visual development capability in line with research purposes by improving the Eclipse platform, and the capability of related services component description file management in a distributed environment with Eclipse plug-in development technology, as well as the capability of implementing a single generation services and composite services using functional management module features based on the STP platform. In order to adapt to the Internet of things responsive service requirements, this article use the Scala language that supports actor model to implement the generation ability of composite services based on a combination of events.Finally, the functional ability and performance of our system is evaluated. The experimental results of this study indicate that the system is able to achieve the expected demand.
