At present, due to the increase of the original business expansion and new business, the internal IT system of telecommunication operator’s has forced new challenges for data center management. On the one hand, the purchase costs and maintenance costs of hardware facilities in datacenter is increasing, on the other hand, is resource use efficiency in datacenter is low. The enterprise private cloud platform Based on the IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) provides a solution to these problems. Compared with the traditional construction mode of the IT system, IaaS private cloud platform provides scalability, dynamic flexibility in allocation of computing resources, storage resources through virtualization of hardware equipment. As a result, the various services of business systems within the enterprise can be provided to users which may bring innovative business for enterprise, and at the same time the reduction of IT system operation and maintenance costs can be brought to the operator.IaaS cloud platform resource pool management system is introduced in this thesis based on such a background. Focusing on virtual computing resources, this paper use a layered architecture, and propose a management framework for virtual computing resources. Computational resource management ability are provided, as well as dynamic computing resource service ability for different business requirements in the system, which meet the target of current resource pool system for computing resource management construction.The system adopts four layer hierarchical architecture to implement the detailed design of virtual computing resource management framework. In view of the underlying hardware virtualization, VMware vSphere virtualization products are adopted, which improves the reliability of the system. In view of the virtual computing resource service model, development based on VMware vSphere SDK are used to provides a virtual computing service to the upper layer, which improves the system compatibility and stability. According to the standard interface, REST constraint specification are provided to implement a virtual computing resources unified service standards, which enhances the system scalability. According to the management portal, development based on SSH framework are used to provide computing service management pages, which improves the system easy operation. The system realizes all the functional requirements, and meet the performance requirements of concurrent requests reaching to an average of200times per sec, maximum500times per sec and the average response time of less than5seconds.
