The Research Of Technology In WoT Based On SDN

In recent years, with the development of network technology and the increment of the demand for WoT business, WoT is becoming one of the most active hotspots. But, the traditional WoT has a weakness in scalability, mobility, safety, controllability, manageability, etc, can not fully meet the development needs.SDN (Software defined network) brings new possibilities to solve the problems faced by WoT, which provides links between data plane and control plane. In this review, there is no doubt that SDN is in front of a potentially very rewarding research field.This paper focuses on the research of technology in WoT, combined the research of SDN with the needs of WoT.Firstly, this paper studied of the concept, structure, characteristics, key technology of SDN, applied SDN to WoT and designed the WoT demonstration system based on SDN. Secondly, this paper researched two key technologies in WoT environments:flow authentication and data distribution.For the problem faced by WoT, this paper designed flow authentication mechanism, verified its performance and demonstrated two applications based on flow authentication:BYOD and anti-DDOS, showing the benefits of SDN to WoT.With the analysis of the traditional multicast problem, this paper proposed a data distribution mechanism based on subscription mechanism and a data distribution algorithm, built simulation environment to verify the feasibility of the scheme.
