In practical applications, due to the constraints of X-ray equipment, components,materials and other aspects of the radiation dose, experimenters can not easily obtain acomplete picture, which need to carry out their different areas of the object and acquiring animage. The usual practice is a manual operator and determines the quality of the imageacquisition, if the image quality does not meet the requirement, continue to adjust the voltageacquisition; if the image quality to meet the requirements, then stops the acquisition. In thisway the overall inefficient, backward technology, can not truly reflect the varying energyadvantage. X-ray energy evaluation based on image quality optimization Control Strategy isan improvement on the component detection method, which is mainly through the acquisitionimage quality evaluation and acquisition evaluation index, based on a change in voltage andcontrol indicators. X-ray energy of this study optimal control strategy, which can takeadvantage of a priori information from external conditions and restrictions, as compared withconventional acquisition methods exhibit certain advantages. The main contents are asfollows:(1)The image has been analyzed, the image quality of the obtained evaluation index byitself. For members of different materials, the article first collected in accordance with thegradation characteristics of the image area, and then tied to a specific area, this paper presentsa linear spread and average contrast algorithm, and thus construct a new image qualityassessment index, based on evaluation of the actual physical meaning, derived method ofimage quality constraints for the last method is validated, the results in line with expectations.(2)Through the study of classic PID method proposed incremental PID control strategybased method. Control methods were optimized based on the calculation of the collected images, find the current quality evaluation of the image, and then, and has launched theevaluation target compared to combined incremental PID control method, the size of thevoltage regulator. This approach not only automates the control process, and the high voltageregulator efficiency.
