With the rapid development of mobile communication industry, the spectrum resource becomes more and more intense, in order to improve the utilization of spectrum, non onstant envelope modulation modes are widely used in the modern communication systems, predistorter based on Volterra series is widely used for its high flexibility and low cost. This article mainly introduces research on behavioral modeling of power amplifier and predistortion based on Volterra series. The main works and innovation points are as follows:1. In terms of SV model, it has accurate modeling performance, but it has enormous modeling complexity. Complexity-reduced technique is applied to the SV model, ie. We take memoryless nonlinearity and memory nonlinearity into consideration separately, we attained ACR-SV model. The experimental results show that the ACR-SV model is superior to the MP, SV and ACR-GMP models.2. In terms of GMP model, it has accurate modeling performance, but it has enormous modeling complexity. Complexity-reduced technique is applied to the GMP model, ie. we can attempt to adjust the maximum nonlinearity order of the previous input to decrease the number of coefficients, we attained MGMP model. The experimental results show that the MGMP model is superior to the MP and GMP models.
