Communication is the realization of the interpersonal contact and exchange message. The power to promote the continuous development of communication is the hopes to communicate with anyone anywhere at any time. In recent decades, the continuous development and expand of the wireless communication technology lay a solid foundation to realize the hopes. But no matter how wireless mobile communication technology develops, it always faces more technical challenges than that of the wire communication.In recent years, due to good performance in expanding the system capacity and coverage, the cooperative relay technology has become a hot research topic in the field of wireless communications. However, the architecture design for cooperative relay system has large freedom, and different forms of relay system need different appropriate resource allocation strategy, in order to realize the maximization of system capacity. In addition, from the perspective of the users, the care about its own capacity and service quality is more than that about the capacity of the whole system. So the effective management of the fair resource allocation is very important.But at present, the wireless resource management about the relay system has not yet formed a set of relatively complete theory system. At the same time, due to the introduction of OFDM technology, the complexity of resource allocation for the relay system is increased. Therefore, this paper will revolve around the optimal resource allocation for the wireless cooperative relay system based on OFDM technology, and focus on the resources management strategy to improve the system throughput and balance the user fairness:First and foremost for the OFDM-based system model with the selected decode-forward relaying collaborative mode, conducted the power distribution research to maximize the capacity, and gave the optimize allocation scheme. And the research of the capacity limits problem for the selected amplify-forward mode was also conducted.Then for the shortcomings of current resource scheduling of the OFDMA relay network exists, considering user fairness and system throughput, a new resource scheduling algorithm:partial proportional fair algorithm based on dynamic weights is proposed. This scheduling algorithm shows better performance and achieve the better balance between the system throughput and the user fairness, than the partial proportional fair scheduling algorithm and the two-hop proportional fairness scheduling algorithm, form the simulation results.
