System throughput, spectrum efficiency and energy efficiency are the main factors that a wireless communication system may concern. The development process of the wireless communication system is also the history to maximize system throughput, spectrum efficiency and energy efficiency. In this thesis, the wireless resource allocation strategy in the MAC layer of the TD-LTE system based on cognitive radio is studied. Main contributions of this paper are shown below.1) Chapter2analyzes and compares the currently radio resource allocation strategy for OFDM system, then gives feasibilityof the algorithm combined with cognitive radio background.2) A new allocation algorithm named MixCASA (Mixed Contiguous and Aggregated Spectrum Allocation algorithm) for CR based TD-LTE Networks is proposed. By combining contiguous with discontiguous spectrum allocation together, the algorithm proposed here guarantees the feasibility and spectrum efficiency of the system.3) An energy efficient wireless resource allocation algorithm is proposed, with overall and comprehensive consideration of the essential factors such as capacity, energy efficiency, and fairness. Assume that the secondary user obeys the first-in-first-serve rule here, and the simulation results indicates a good performance in respect to the energy efficiency and energy consumption, which corresponds to the trend of digital TV and the principle of green communication. The innovation is that this algorithm compromises several considerations to get an overall performance, and the use of fractional optimization methods reduce the computational complexity as well. Based on the work above, derivations and simulations is done to show the effects of multiple factors on the comprehensive performance of wireless communication system.
