| Automatic cell planning software (ACP) is mobile communication network optimization software and designed to provide users with more simple, more intelligent, more efficient mobile communication network optimization tools. In the ACP software, it can achieve the goal of optimization coverage by adjusting direction angle, Mechanical down tilt and Electrical down tilt, sending power, type of antenna in each sector.In this paper, we use the swarm intelligence algorithm to solve the cover quality problem such as weak coverage, pilot pollution, due to the unreasonable of base station antenna parameters configuration in TD-LTE wireless network.The ACP problem is modeled as a single objective optimization problem considering constraint conditions and solved by swarm intelligence algorithm.First of all, through summarizing predecessors’algorithm, we set up ACP platform based on network optimization theory. The ACP simulation platform includes the modeling and solution of ACP problem, and the software platform of various modules such as interface module, network information module and algorithm module, etc. Swarm intelligence optimization algorithm is then used to solve the problem of ACP. Particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is selected as the basic algorithm in swarm intelligence optimization algorithm, and through the improvement of basic particle swarm optimization algorithm, the first model of particle swarm optimization algorithm is presented based on the island, because the algorithm is a parallel implementation, it can greatly speed up the search. In order to further improve the accuracy of solution, the gravitational search algorithm is added to the island model of particle swarm optimization algorithm, and they form a hybrid algorithm. Finally, some network optimization results are presented under the specific configuration by the hybrid algorithm. |
