In the next generation of wireless communication systems, MIMO relay technique has attracted great attention, because it achieves the advantages of both MIMO technique and relay technique, such as coverage extention, high link reliability and high spectral efficiency. Full-duplex technique has become a promising technique due to the development of signal processing. Full-duplex technique is regarded to overcome the spectral efficiency loss of half-duplex re-lay by allowing a communication node to simultaneously receive and transmit signal using the same frequency resource. In this thesis, the scheduling algorithms of MIMO relay system and full-duplex relay system are investigated. First of all, tight bounds of overall outage probability of ZF-based MIMO two-way relay system are derived by order s-tatistics, as a couple of users exchange messages through the relay over uncor-related and semi-correlated Rayleigh fading channel. Moreover, opportunistic scheduling algorithm is proposed for multi-user MIMO relay system. Analyt-ical and numerical results indicate that the opportunistic scheduling improves the performance of system and achieves the multi-user diversity. Secondly, the full-duplex relay system is investigated. User opportunistic scheduling algo-rithm, relay transmit-receive antenna selection algorithm and joint selection of users and transmit-receive antennas algorithm are proposed. Thirdly, for the multi-user full-duplex relay system, an outage-optimal joint selection of users and antennas algorithm are proposed. Moreover, three kinds of low complex-ity and suboptimal algorithm are also proposed. The complexity and outage probability of proposed algorithms are analyzed and validated by simulation.
