Satellite communication system with its application without geographical restrictions, covering a wide range of long distance communication and other advantages can become a global communication field irreplaceable part of the world to build an integrated air integrated information network will be the development of next generation Internet the inevitable trend.In this paper, a phased array satellite time division networks for research object, the communication performance CCSDS developed SCPS protocol based on TCP/IP modified. Phased array satellite network established in accordance with the structure of the double Walker constellation satellite network model, with STK analysis simulation software between star visibility and meet under the premise of the establishment of the inter-satellite visible star chain in accordance with a phased array between polling build chaining Road slot table. Next, create OPNET network simulation software through network communication model of SCPS-TP protocol emulation and communication performance and gives comparative analysis of the TCP protocol to verify the SCPS in Vegas congestion control and selective negative acknowledgment (Selective Negative Acknowledgement, SNACK) mechanism can effectively improve the efficiency of data transmission link between the stars.Phased array division for the next satellite network IP layer routing key issues, on the basis of the evolving graph to determine the starting end of the proposed route traversal issue, given the route algorithms between two points on the evolving graph model. Then establish a phased array satellite network division evolution graph model topology, routing traverse between two points of the model and algorithm proposed in this paper is the next division phased array satellite network QoS (Quality of Service) routing problem research foundation.This paper also presents a QoS routing algorithm based on the evolving graph optimized by Ant Colony Optimization(ACO) algorithm to solve the optimal routing problems. Aiming at midnight phased array satellite network topology highly dynamic, cyclical and predictable characteristics, construct a satellite node pheromone routing table, and define the ant colony algorithm "ant" data structures, proposed based on ant colony optimization QoS routing solutions. The program can effectively avoid the ant colony algorithm due to frequent changes in network topology due to the shortcomings of slow convergence, pheromone routing tables can be in different time slots for network communication quality ant colony isolated from memory. Directional ants can reduce the proportion of invalid ant, while the connection is established to improve the success rate for the network to bring the ideal global throughput.
