Criminisi Image Inpainting Algorithm Based On Bat-algorithm

Image inpainting is an important branch of image restoration, it is a process ofrepair the local information to meet the demands of visual need and reduce artificalmarks. At present,image inpainting is widely uesd in photograph beautification,special effect of films, restoration of old photograph and so on. Therefore, the imageinpainting is valuable.The basic theory of image inpainting, mathematical morphology, the Criminisiimage inpainting algorithm and the Criminisi image inpainting algorithm based onbat-algorithm are introduced in this paper. The main work of the full text is as follows.(1) The purpose and meaning of image inpainting and the relation of imageinpainting and visual psychology are analyzed. The direction and problem of imageinpainting are introduced based on research actually.(2) The Criminisi algorithm is introduced.It is consisted of four parts which arethe mark, the priority, the best matching template and renewal the degree ofconfidence. The algorithm has deficiencies: the mark’s edge is not smooth, specialcases influence the priority, the best match temple has poor adaptability and time-consuming.(3) The mark is improved. Mathematical morphology is introduced in imagepreprocessing to fill the hole and smooth the mark’s edge.(4) The priority is improved. Normalized data item in priority avoid specialcases influence the priority.(5) The best match temple search is improved. The best match temple’sadaptability is improved and Bat-algorithm is introduced in the way of the best matchtemple search makes global search and local search effective integration.Experimental results show that the Criminisi image inpainting algorithm basedon bat-algorithm is effective and practical.On the basis of the theory of the image inpainting, the improvement of theclassical Criminisi image inpainting and the experiment are introduced in this paper. Experimental results show that the Criminisi image inpainting algorithm based on bat-algorithm is feasibility. Finally, the full text is summarized and prospected.
