The rapid development and widespread use of Internet technology and informationtechnology, it’s profoundly changing the way of information transfer, productionorganization, interpersonal communication, community management and thegovernment mode of operation. President Xi Jinping said:"There is no network security,there is no national security."The information security received unprecedented attention.How to improve the site’s tamper detection speed, effect, quickly locate and find thesite which has been tampered have important practical significance.This paper researched the tamper system based on the investigation of Hunanprovincial government’s demand for the webpage monitoring, combined with theproducts and technical capability of the major information security vendors. A tamperdetection system has been constructed, which based on the C/S and B/S hybridstructure. The main works of this paper are as follows:1.Proposed the webpage tamperdetection mode and method and designed the detection engine, scheduling strategy.Improved the AC multimode matching algorithm and apply to the detection system.2.The system development based on JAVA iterative development model, Tomcat+JSP+MySql technology and the third-party open source framework Nutz. To realizedthe separate of data scheduling, front display, management analysis models etc.3.Using the Ajax technology to create interactive web applications, to achievereal-time online conversation in the tamper detection system; to achieve a partialrefresh and improve the response speed of the system.4.Fixed the inconsistenciesproblem of the browser by the compatibility testing.In this paper, the experience of hackers attack and defense technology andtampering industry is applied to the construction of the site tamper detection system,and achieved good results. The system realized the functions of real-time monitoring,configuration management, management of the engine, billing management, earlywarning management, telephone management, task scheduling etc., to support multipletypes of operating and management. The research result has theoretical and practicalsignificance for the discovery and processing of webpage tamper, and also provides agood support platform for the management. The development has a bright future.
