The rapid development of Internet technology has brought great changes to people’s work andlife style. The development of Internet technology has also pushed for the development of GIStechnology. At present, many geographic information system at home and abroad can provideaccurate electronic map service. But because these services are Web based services, even if itprovides convenient service, it is very difficult to meet the specific needs of. This article is basedon this situation, the design of the system to solve the problems. In this paper, the design of theremote sensing image download and splicing system is a desktop application, according to theMFC framework technology can obtain the map data according to specific coordinate range basedon, to obtain the required map with different data and the original data of remote sensing imagesdownloaded automatically splicing display more easily.This paper describes in detail the design and Realization of the entire process of MFCframework based on remote sensing image download and splicing. The full text is divided intointroduction, relevant technology, software requirements analysis, software design, softwarerealization and concludes six parts. This paper discusses the application background of geographicinformation system in remote sensing image download and splicing. After download, from sectionsof pretreatment, automatic mosaic, map data check, high resolution image display and full print sixaspects of demand analysis. This paper is designed to achieve the system framework and remotesensing image download using MFC and OpenCV technology, using the graphics device interfacelibrary Microsoft provides (Graphics Device Interface plus, GDI+) of images mosaic, and the useof block and indexing technology to solve the problem of high resolution image display.Application of the above a series of technology to improve the work efficiency, the remote sensingimage stitching in this system. Finally, the research contents of this paper are summarized, and theresearch content of the prospect.This paper implemented in different locations of the remote sensing image download, remotesensing image mosaic, remote sensing image of high resolution storage, fast browsing and otherissues, and its application in engineering practice.
