According to the characteristics of cable signal output industrial process instruments, the process instrumentation cable signal output by the corresponding data conversion interface integrated into UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter) to serial data transfer format recognition, and through the Zigbee wireless sensor with CC2530as the core in a transparent transmission mode through the wireless sensor network data is transmitted to the wireless gateway, wireless gateway connected with the industrial control system client through a serial port or Ethernet, thus completing the wired signal transmission industrial process instruments into wireless signal.This topic is the key of industrial process instrumentation cable signal into a front-end wireless sensor adapter of wireless signals. The main output signal industrial process instruments are as follows:4-20mA analog signal; the HART digital bus; the MODBUS/RS485serial signal; the RS232serial signal. We according to the output signal protocol and interface design of wireless transmission adapter (transmitter), and study how the multiple serial input of heterogeneous network synthesis of a serial port output to the wireless sensor core CC2530UART port.Considering the field survival time power decided to wireless sensor adapter, adapter to allow wireless sensor provides3kinds of industrial field may be external power access:220VAC power supply,24VDC power supply access and access of12V thin film solar cell power access. And built-in5.0V-5000mAH high energy lithium polymer battery, charging the external power supply, external power down when the lithium battery to power supply system.Because this research is the use of Zigbee and wireless sensor network transmission characteristics in the complex industrial environment, so it is necessary to pay attention to Zigbee wireless sensor with CC2530as its core and the network related characteristics and advantages, and wireless sensor to the direct sequence spread spectrum technology DSSS to resist the strong electromagnetic interference and multipath interference in industrial field, to ensure the stability of data transmission.Design for the wireless gateway of wireless sensor networks, access to consider and control system are RS485, RS232, Ethernet multiple possible, this paper points out the wireless gateway this several output interface connected to the hardware form. As wireless sensor using transparent form of data transmission, and wired serial instrument data read the same way, we continue to use VB MSCOMM controls to recognize and read the serial data process instruments through wireless transmission sent, it introduces briefly the method and characteristics about VB MSCOMM controls, and HART protocol data an example, analytical method in VB MSCOMM.
