With the deepening of economic globalization,market economy rapid development and the increasing of market competition,Currently, logistics has become the development of enterprises following the production and sales.Terminal manufacturing logistics as an important part of business logistics,including inventory and products stowage.Transportation and inventory are two of the largest consumption activities in the logistics system,but also an important factor to improve enterprise efficiency.The concept of modern logistics management pays attention to the correlation among all kinds of logistics business activities.It stresses on how to manage and organize logistics activities effectively and economically with taking into account the two major elements of transportation and inventory.Research and development on optimizing management system in terminal manufacturing logistics of steel products based on VRML combining with object-oriented programming language C#and SQL Server2005is presented in this thesis,and realize the visual management on warehouse. Considering the situation of storing and sending products of different kinds of type and weight under the make-to-stock and make-to-order product mode,logical model of storage and stowage is established. Taking advantage of the dynamic programming and heuristic approach is used to solving the problem.Improve storage capacity and transport load utilization,and shorten the operation of the logistics cycle,reduce logistics costs. Major works of this thesis are as follows:(1) Analyzing the process of steel products terminal manufacturing logistics management of the background enterprise and proposing solutions to optimize the management according to the existing problems and phenomenon.(2) Analyzing and designing the optimizing management system of terminal logistics of steel products manufacturing process and using technologies such as VRML, three layers structure and so on to achieve the visual optimizing management in terminal manufacturing logistics of steel products. (3) For the steel strand products delivery to yield have weight and quantity restrict one-dimensional on-line bin packing problem.Establish a mathematical model and a heuristic algorithm is designed to solve the problem.(4) For the wire rope products delivery to yield have multi-constrained multiple knapsack problem.Establish a mathematical model and to solve multiple backpack on different constrain conditions.through data testing and to inspect of the proposed algorithm is effective and fast.The research results of the work for the thesis has been applied in the industry field, Operation results suggested that the vehicle transportation operating factor more than99.8%. Greately improved enterprise benefit and achieved good effects.
