Our country is a big country energy consumption per unit of GDP, with the furtherdevelopment of the economy, the demand for increasing temperature measuringinstruments, while the demand for high-precision temperature measurement is moreintense. Traditional integrated temperature transmitter, at home and abroad there is nouniform precision expression, in the range of-50~200℃limit temperaturemeasurement accuracy±0.45℃, however,±0.45℃temperature measurementaccuracy can not meet the relevant industry to test temperature accuracy. Therefore, thispaper presents a study CMBUS bus precision smart temperature transmitters based, thestudy has important implications for improving temperature measurement accuracy, thedevelopment of fieldbus technology.This paper analyzes the current situation of the smart temperature transmitters,introduces the basic theory related to the temperature sensor, a detailed analysis of therealization of the principle and device control terminal end of CMBUS bus correctionalgorithm analyzes the principle of variable compensation at room temperature; Secondly,CMBUS bus precision smart temperature transmitters for the overall design, analysis,software and hardware design requirements of the transmitter, and designed variousfunctional modules of the system. Finally, the system’s hardware and software to do thedetailed design and implementation.This paper studies the implementation process CMBUS bus precision smarttemperature transmitter hardware design and software design, focusing on thehigh-precision temperature compensation correction algorithm, through the actualcalibration of the relationship between resistance and temperature tables, and then use theminimum Second, determine the optimal multiplication platinum resistance resistance-temperature curve model, and finally validated analysis, the temperature measurementaccuracy is sufficient to meet the precision requirements of this project, to reducedependence on imported equipment, increase our temperature instruments in theinternational market competitiveness significance.
