As wireless sensor networks are widely used in data collection and quality requirements ofdata transmission continue to increase, it has become an important research topic that how to ensurethe reliability of wireless links and how to improve the utilization of resources in wireless sensornetworks. In this paper, in order to improve the reliability of wireless links and the transmissionefficiency and throughput in wireless sensor networks and optimize wireless routing transmission,the using of network coding for data collection in wireless sensor network was researched.Based on the introduction of wireless radio transmission and retransmission of the traditionalmethods, to solve problem of unreliability and multiple wireless links retransmission, a minimumretransmission of broadcast based on network coding algorithm was proposed which analyzes thedifferent packet loss involved in coding solvability conditions to ensure the feasibility of efficientalgorithms. The simulation results show that the algorithm compared to ordinary retransmissionalgorithm and existing network coding retransmission algorithm can significantly reduce thenumber of retransmissions, retransmission improve efficiency.To solve the problem in randomnetwork coding retransmission strategy by fixed batches, a dynamic partial retransmission strategywas proposed. According to the source node packet loss, packet dynamically determined,hen thepacket loss for each group using random linear network coding encoded,and then retransmit.Thesimulation results show that compared to conventional strategies and retransmission of the packet isfixed retransmission strategy can be further improved retransmission performance. According to theneed of dynamically deleting and updating data in wireless sensor networks, as well as the problemof opportunistic routing delay using the full network coding, this paper presents the opportunisticrouting based on partial network coding routing part and selects the forwarding candidate set byusing node-based gradient scheme. The forwarding nodes can forward packets received for anylength.The destination node can decode the packet transmission without waiting for the end of abatch of data, thereby reducing the average delay of data packets.
