In recent years,it is becoming more and more important to improve indoor wireless coverage. The latest solution is to install small indoor stations, like Femtocell. Femtocell is very cheap. It isvery simple and easy to be installed. It also uses little power.so it caused the wide attention ofscholars. This paper studies the allocation of resources in the Femtocell and Macrocell two-Tiernetwork.This paper studies the problem of Femtocell and Macrocell’s interference in the co-channel oftwo-Tier network and proposes a dynamic resource allocation method based on cooperative gametheory.regarding the product of all the Femtocell users (Secondary User Equipments) transmit rateas the utility function. Then, building this problem as cooperate game model. In the process ofsolving the game model. First of all, allocate the transmit power of macrocell users(Primary UserEquipments).Secondly, the secondary user’s market allocates total transmit power to each userequally, using dynamic subcarrier allocation algorithm, obtained the subcarrier allocation scheme. And then, on assigned subcarrier, using the algorithm of adaptive power. The last, get theapproximate optimal result of the game model.Simulation results show that resource allocationscheme of this paper achieves a better trade-off between the transmitting rate and fairness. This paper also takes the case of Macro cellular market has extra spectrum, while Femtocellmarket has no spectrum into consideration. Macro cellular market will lease spectrum to Femtocellmarket.Based on production decision-making Stackelberg game, this paper takes the hybrid accessof Femtocell into account, then establishing a three-tier Stackelberg game model, the optimalspectrum leasing price, spectrum leasing ratio and open access ratio are obtained from the NashEquilibrium.Simulation results show that compared with no spectrum leasing and closed access, theutility of macro cellular market and Femtocell market increased under the model in this paper.
