In the recent years, with the rapid development of wireless communication technology and thesensor technology, as well as the constantly improvement in people’s requirement on wirelesscommunication technology applications, the study of human-centered body area network hasattracted much attention. The human communication technology is consist of a number of microsensor nodes which are formed by self-organization in order to realize the communications aroundthe human body, the body surface and to engage the reliability of communication range. Due to itsportable features, the human body channel can be well applied in telemedicine, health services, andso on. Human communication technology works around the human body. Currently, the traditionalchannel modeling and researches on the corresponding signal processing algorithm are quite mature, but study of the human body channel model is still in the preliminary stage with many constraints.Real human models in different frequency bands are studied by the FDTD algorithm used in thispaper, the Model Data is provided by the Foundation for Research on Information Technologies inSociety(IT’IS) in Switzerland, the dielectric of the human body model varies with changes infrequency. Nowadays more researches are mainly focus on the band of400MHz,900MHz,2.4GHzand UWB. This paper mainly studied the frequencies at600MHz,900MHz and2.4GHz. On thebasis of the channel model, in order to study the characteristics of the channel, the path loss modeland the impulse response model have been studied at three different frequencies.
