The performance of tactical technology in the attacking process of missile is critically important for the development of the missile, meanwhile it’s an important part of the performance evaluation of missile system. Thus the works dedicated to performance evaluation and optimization of the attacking process has important significance, and draws the attention of researchers constantly.The missile attacking process is a complex nonlinear dynamic system without accurate analytical model. It’s difficult to build an accurate modeling the actual research process. The numerical method is often used to evaluate precision of missile and optimize the designing of the influence factors within the missile attack process.The optimization model of missile attacking process is proposed in the paper in detail, which is based on particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. Main work is as follows:First, the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed, which has better performance on searching efficiency and is not easy to fall into local optimum. Secondly, the factors affecting the precision of missile’s parameters in the attacking process of missile have been analyzed, and the precision index model of the missile attacking process optimization is proposed. Thirdly, accuracy calculation index is obtained by the statistical calculation of aircraft and missile motion simulation with Monte-Carlo method, which is used by improved PSO algorithm for parameter optimization calculation strategy. The simulation results show that the proposed method is robust and can be applied to the optimization of the missile parameters.
