The problem of adaptive fault-tolerant controller has been very important and significantin recent years. When the fault has occurred in controller which uses traditional controlsystem, the control system will be instability and short of the expectations to the systemparameter which has been designed. The research of fault-tolerant controller can make thecontrol system achieve good performance index, when the actuator occur faults. Now, thispaper considers the actuator which occur fault and saturation two problems.(1) The paper has researched the semi-autonomous control aircraft landing gear withadaptive fault-tolerant controllers problem,and, the shock absorber of aircraft landing gear hasused the magneto-rheological damper. The damping force which is generated by dampeningsystem depends on the real-time feedback to ground use to reduce aircraft landing impact loadand oscillation frequency. The aircraft will produce a big impact load, when it lands. This bigimpact load often damages actuator unit to cause the accident of the aircraft.This part paper has used the H-infinity and fault-tolerant control to solve the problem.The method reduces the influence to minimum which generated by landing gear fault actuator.The landing gear will keep the good performance parameter, when it meets the disturbance.So, the good control performance of the control system can get from simulation.(2) The paper further study the semi-autonomous control aircraft landing gear withadaptive fault-tolerant controllers problem. The shock absorber of aircraft landing gear hasused the magneto-rheological damper too. The damping force which is generated bydampening system depending on the real-time feedback to ground use to reduce aircraftlanding impact load and oscillation frequency. The aircraft will produce a big impact load, asit lands. This big impact load not only damages actuator unit to cause the accident of theaircraft but also causes the gear actuator input saturation.This part of paper has studied anti-saturation for further study. Here, the actuator faultand the saturated have been considered at the same time.And the performance of the landing gear damping system which work at the fixed gain control algorithm and the adaptive controlalgorithm. The damping system of semi-autonomous control landing gear works at the designof adaptive control that can adjust the size of damping force to reduce the landing impact loadand the oscillation frequency. The simulation shows more superior performance which worksat adaptive fault-tolerant algorithm.
