Design And Implementation Of Clinical Pathway System

In modern society, in the background of growing of the patient’s medical costs, we need a way to control the rapid growth of medical costs. Clinical pathway can effectively control the growth of medical costs, and also to standardize medical practices, reduce variation, reduce costs and improve the role of treatment. The electronic version of the clinical path can improve the efficiency and statistical power of the hand-path, so the design and practical significance to study the clinical pathway system.In this paper, after analysis the clinical path system needs, we can get that this system include the three major functional modules:basic data maintenance, execution paths and path reporting statistics. According to the demand of the system, design tier C/S system architecture based on Spring.net and NHibernate of framework. NET platform, make sure that this system architecture can meet further refinement. According to the designed framework we can develop hospital clinical pathway system, the system including the basic data maintenance, create a path template, audit trail, the execution path, edit the variation function path access to quasi-functional path reporting capabilities and quit.After testing the system, it has been able to run stable, all the features are achieved, and achieve the desired effect, this system has been put into use in Shengjing Hospital in Shenyang, through the use of this system to improve staff productivity, shorten treatment time, reducing the amount of treatment costs of patients, while ensuring patient outcomes, with favorable results, be able to meet customer needs, health care workers has been well received.The end of this article will do preliminary prospect for the future development of clinical path system, explore data mining technology and its use in clinical path system.
