Design And Implementation Of Open Search And Data Management Services

With the development of social network service and E-commerce, large amount of unstructured data have been accumulated on the Internet. The amount of data is very large while the correlation among them is much lower. When processing such data, traditional database can’t work well. Because of its structure, traditionaldatabases encounter performance bottlenecks. However, the users need fast and accurate search services. In-Site search become service entrance, and it takes the duty to enhance user activity and to increase users. Nowadays, developers need a kind of database service to break the tranditional E-R model, which can store data in free-schema.After the study of NoSQL databases and search engine, Open Search and Data Management Services are proposed in this paper. By fusion of NoSQL and search engine, developers were freed from complex data schema design, and the users’ demand on search service was met. By storing ’tag’ in data management system, a balance-point between DBM and search engine could be reached. The system was distributed, which makes it is easy to scale. In addition, user’s visit history was taken into account which could be used to improve user experience.In this paper, the background knowledge is first briefly introduced. Then a research on software requirments analysis and feasibility is specified. After that, the system’s architechture and the implementation detail is presented. In the end, a system following the proposal above was tested to verify its effectiveness andperformance.
