With the rapid development of wireless communication technology and mobile terminal technology, the access rate of mobile network become faster and faster and mobile terminals tend to be large screen and intelligent. As a result, applications and services are moving from traditional desktop Internet to mobile Internet and users are benefit from the popularity of intelligent terminals, such as mobility, portability and interoperability, which means mobile Internet applications and services have broad prospects for development. Moreover, users have more diversified demand for services, including mobile payment, mobile e-commerce, mobile e-government, which have higher demand to the identity of the credibility. Digital signature can insure data integrity and creditability validation of data source, which means it can be applied to mobile Internet applications and services to solve the problem of user authentication. In order to guarantee the safety of the private Key, it needs a USB Key as a signature tool to store private key and generate digital signature. However, the USB Key cannot be applied in the mobile devices. In this paper, Mobile digital Signature utilize Mobile Device as a sign tool to storage private key and generate mobile signature on behalf of the mobile user. Mobile signature service platform performs as a break node to offer a universal identity verification method between application providers and mobile users.The main work of this paper:Analyze existing mobile digital signature service models and mobile digital signature standard features. Combined with a handwritten signature in real life usage patterns, this paper designs a Mobile Signature Service Platform (MSSP) which provides three modes of signature services, one-way service mode, mutual service mode and cooperate service mode. In order to increase security in the process of MSSP message forwarding and storage, MSSP provides key negotiation service which implements point to point message encryption. MSSP of this paper is implemented in Java and basic functions of the MSSP is developed, including key negotiation service, mobile digital signature service, the status query service and receipt service. To complete the mobile signature system, Certification Authority simulator and OCSP simulator are implemented to support the operation of the MSSP, and a mobile signature client is implemented on Android OS as well.
