With the rapid development of information technology, wireless communication technology has also ushered in the vigorous development of thirty years, communication technology has been widely applied in communication, transportation, public security and other fields. Along with the rapid development of wireless communication, wireless spectrum demand also exponentially, the increasing wireless communication business and the user experience demand and the limited spectrum resources and low utilization rate has become the main contradiction in the development of wireless communication. Cognitive radio technology is put forward to improve the spectrum efficiency, relieve the strain on wireless spectrum resources provides strong technical support. Cognitive radio users can dynamically sense available spectrum in the primary user environment and through judicious frequencies in order to realize the communication to share primary users. Research topic of this paper is based on the above characteristics of cognitive radio network.At first, this paper generalizes the research background of subject, the research significance, has carried on the detailed elaboration, and idea to the behavior of the full text has carried on the comprehensive description. On the basis of analyzing the research status at home and abroad research, focus on how to dance the clustering algorithm in cognitive radio network and routing protocols are analyzed, and innovative improvements on this basis, put forward the suitable for multiple hops cognitive radio network clustering algorithm and routing protocol in energy saving.For Spectrum in cognitive radio network, dynamics, diversity and difference of Clustering of stability and the effects of overhead, this paper puts forward a kind of based on spectral quality and energy-saving Clustering Algorithm of node Degree SDEC (Spectrum-aware Degree-ranking--based Energy-efficient Clustering Algorithm for Multi-hop CRN) Algorithm. Fully considering the algorithm in cognitive radio network spectrum dynamics, difference and correlation characteristics of geographical location, the node degree is sorted to cognitive users at the same time, elects effective cluster head and cluster. The simulation results show that the clustering algorithm has the optimal load balancing degree, average energy consumption of network and the number of cluster nodes is a suitable for effective clustering algorithm in cognitive radio network.At the same time, in view of the spectrum of the effects of dynamic change of Network topology, this paper uses hierarchical Network topology and cross-layer design thought, this paper proposes a applied to multiple hops in Cognitive Radio Network cross-layer Routing Protocol based on Clustering CCRP (Cross-layer Clustering Routing Protocol for Multi-hop Cognitive Radio Network). Chain agreement fully considering multiple hops network scalability and dynamic change of the frequency spectrum of the cognitive radio network, the network first using the algorithm of SDEC in cognitive user clustering, used in a routing cluster routing and routing between clusters in parallel manner, and in the process of routing maintenance, introduced across the design concept of MAC (Media Access Control) layer and network layer, increase the stability of the routing path. The simulation results show that chain strategy in the path delay, energy consumption and network throughput has good performance.
