With the rapid development of information technology networks, social networks, emerging as one of the modes of communication favored by users is playing an increasingly important role in the network activities. However, with the deepening and extension of user requirements, existing social networks cannot meet the needs of users to communicate and exchange with higher levels of academic research beyond the ordinary personal entertainment scenarios, therefore, how to create a social network to make users easily discuss academic exchanges and research activities has become a top priority."Research and Implementation of Knowledge Learning Social Network" topic of this article comes from the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications Library project "Knowledge Resource Sharing System" with a clear project support and project requirements. Knowledge Learning social network consists of three major components which are knowledge resources services, curriculum resources and community exchange service, including user login module, knowledge resources recommendation module, course selection setting module, knowledge resource management module, community exchange platform module, system data management module, the user labels management module and the entire site searching modules. Knowledge resources services provide the majority of users of social networking knowledge with a wealth of knowledge sharing, resources recommendation and resource downloading service; Curriculum resources services provide teachers and students at school with convenient courseware uploading, syncing, sharing and teaching curriculum resource management services; Community services are designed to provide the majority of people of higher education with an academic discussion and research communication platform.Firstly, paper describes the background and significance of "Research and Implementation of Knowledge Learning social networking" project, analyzes the research status of social networks and the existing conventional type of social network are summarized and discussed. On this basis, paper did some research and exploration on technologies related with building a social network of knowledge learning, including knowledge resources segmentation, resource labels extraction, personalized recommendations, as well as the construction of high-performance systems. Through some try and exploration on fields of building social networks during the period of master study, paper proposes a knowledge resource for the center, youth elite user (with user-based campus) preference for knowledge resources, with personalized recommendations for the knowledge characteristics of learning social network. In this paper, knowledge learning social network are designed in detail and implemented concretely from the aspects of the system architecture, functional module design, the detailed description of the function module and database construction.The knowledge learning social network this paper presents meets the social needs of general users and especially offers users knowledge resource sharing, diverse community resources recommendation and many other personalized services to facilitate its social platform for academic research and scientific exploration. For certain extent, the knowledge learning social network meets users’urgently needs, namely they are in the level of higher education and able to extend their academic circles to improve their level of academic research.
