With the development of intelligence digital and network, by academia, industry andmanagement attention intelligent, video monitoring system has great development potential.Video monitoring is the technology of through the camera monitoring the dynamic scene,daily management and rapid response when unusual happens. In intelligent video surveillancesystem, field monitoring video resolution and real-time fluid transmission are the two mostimportant factors. Image quality is brought about by the enormous data flow and data storage,under the condition of limited bandwidth and hard disk storage, how to get more clearlyimage has become research hot spots.In this paper, the main content and research results summarized below:(1) On the video monitor based on FPGA, processors will be transmitted again after theoriginal video compression. This method is proposed, in the FPGA as the core of videomonitoring system on the front end, cooperate with h.264mainstream compression codingtechnology, on the processor to dynamic video image background removal. The videocompression ratio is also increased, save the data transmission and storage space.(2) Put forward the dynamic background removal algorithm for video images. Theexisting algorithm is usually to remove static background or extract the moving object, inorder to achieve the video image size is reduced. On the basis of the existing algorithms, thispaper presents a dynamic background removal algorithm in video image. When distinguishbetween dynamic background and dynamic target, adopt the method of image edge detection,expanded it from two directions to eight directions, make it has strong anti-interference ability.At the same time of reserve dynamic target dynamic background removal, increase thecompression ratio.(3) Simulate dynamic background removal algorithm in video image. Through thesimulation, the dynamic video files to determine the dynamic target. Simulate to remove thedynamic background. Integrate the existing algorithm with the proposed algorithm. Analysisof the result. Make sure the effect of increasing the compression ratio of the video file.
