Application of multi-radar is the inevitable outcome of the development of scienceand technology, cloth station problem is the precondition of the multi-radar’snetworking, and networking is one of the main factors to determine the systemperformance; Good resource allocation is a key factor to guarantee the whole radarnetworking to achieve the best working state.In this paper, the multi-radar’s optimal control method is studied.First of all, in this paper, the multi-radar control optimization mathematical modelis studied and improved. On the basis of detailed analysis the influencing factors ofnetted radar performance, a new radar networking scheme was proposed. Comparedwith the existing schemes of radar cloth station, new scheme can successfully eliminatethe influence of complex geographical environment on the cloth station. At the sametime, in this paper, the existing scheme of resource allocation of netted radar wasstudied.Second, multiple radar optimal control algorithm was studied and improved.Through the analysis of the factors that affect the search performance of particle swarmoptimization (PSO), points out the defects of the basic PSO algorithm and the existingimproved PSO. And a new adaptive PSO algorithm was proposed. Using five classicaltest functions compare and analysis the performance of new adaptive PSO algorithmwith the existing classic PSO algorithms. Results show that the new PSO algorithm hasrelatively more reasonable way of search in the mid-late iteration. And the obtainedaccuracy is higher than contrast algorithm.Finally, this paper applies the improved optimization algorithm to Multi-radarcloth station project. Results show that the improved multiple radar optimal controlalgorithm for solution obtained higher precision than the reference algorithm. And thesearching process of the new PSO algorithm is more reasonable. In the later stages of the iterative process has stronger ability to jump out of local minimum value, and theresult is relatively more stable. The improved optimization mathematical model ofMulti-radar cloth station can be successful to avoid the negative effects of the terrainenvironment. And can be seen from the results of the improved mathematical model ofMulti-radar cloth station can make the whole radar network play a greater effectiveness.
