Electric power has a great impact on people’s livelihood,so the electric power industry is one of the core sector ofChinese economic lifelines, occupies a pivotal position inChinese economic system.As the indispensable core power inthe era of industrial, agricultural and contemporary scienceand technology development and the national defensedevelopment, electric power also closely related with us indaily life. The development of electric power industry tendsto be in a leading position compared to other industrialsectors, which can continuously promote the economic forwarddevelopment of our country. Since the founding of new China,the development of electric power industry has made greatprogress. The fast development of electric power industrymakes several times increase of installed capacity of powerplants, which gradually makes growth in long-distance of AC/DC hybrid transmission. The previous individual smallgrids also gradually form a cross regional or interprovincial large-scale power system. Therefore, in powerplants, using a large number of sensors in state monitoring has a vital significance to highly efficient production ofthermal power plants, and technology in the development ofsensor as well.Higher demands rapid development of thermal powerenterprise automation system for software quality andefficiency of software development proposed softwareengineering development needs of object-orientedprogramming; core power system engineering softwaredevelopment approach is the guiding ideology of softwareengineering, development of the system through theapplication of object-oriented technology, system modelingtool for UML, with C#language as the main tool forprogramming phase.Thermal power plant condition monitoring systemsoftware, engineering development methods should be used.Only way, you can effectively ensure high quality andefficiency of software development. The establishment of firepower plant condition monitoring system will offer thoughtson condition monitoring for these small power stations, andalso improve security efficiency, contribute the cause ofgreen energy of our country as well.
