In this IT age, as a typical system of complex networks, the security of Internet hasbeen particularly significant. People have made a lot of efforts, however, thelarge-scale cascading failure of Internet have occurred occasionally. Cascadingfailure of Internet is defined as one or a few nodes or links failure which will leadothers nodes failure through the coupling relations, and it will cause the chain effect,which may leads lots of nodes failure, even the collapse of the whole network, resultthe bad consequences just like the “avalanche”.In this paper, we have done three works:1.Intruduce the complex networks in a brief way,also introduce the detailsrobustness of complex networks.Amoung them,also the attackstrategy ofcascadingfailuresin complex networksresearchonthe problems andfailuresof complexnetworkshavebeen studiedon the model.From studying of the complex networks,wehave a certainunderstanding of the topological characteristics androbustness of theInternet.2.Detailed analysis of the Internet-facing cascarding failure and the robustnesswhen the Internet was attacked.By analysis the topological characteristics andvulnerability of Internet performance,we carried out on the Internet of areameasurements.By using the Matlab simulation software,we set up3targetedsimulation experiments to demonstrate robustness of the assessment when the Internetwas attacked, the3experiments for different network environtments and differentmeans of attack on scientific experimental parameters adjustment.Finally we foundthat the robustness of the Internet is similar to the scale-free network:when facing thecertain attack it become extremely fragile,but more robustness when faced a randomattack. Meanwhile,the experimental studies have been found that if there is a higherload,though faced with the same attack,the robustness will be significantlyweakened.3.We analysis the researchment of the enhanced robustness from the Internetwhen faced the attack.We set several propose d to enhance the robustness solution:inthe experimental study to enhance network redundancy in the attack were fixed loadnetwork attacks from different scales,and the use of fixed-scale attack.we set twodifferent aspects of a comprehensive network load, discusses the Internet nodes andedges to the feasibility of increasing the amount of redundancy to strengthen therobustness of the network.Also analyzed the weight of the load on the robustness ofthe strategy to enhance the effect,the experiment was found to enhance the capacity ofkey nodes in the network can effectively suppressthe occurrence or development ofcascading failures.And the cascarding failuresof the community structure of thenetwork for a simple analysis found that the number of networks with differentcommunity structure, the end result of cascarding failures will become different.Themore the number of societies,it would have beenthe fault relatively small scale.Thesetools can effectively enhance the robustness of the Internet.
