In the21st century, the development of science and technology is rapid. Allkinds of electronic products are in our side that provides our lives with greatconveniences. We can see the mobile phone, the computer, the printer, the camera,the fax machine and so on everywhere; With the implementation of home appliancesgoing to the countryside policy, almost every family has household appliances suchas television sets, refrigerators, microwave ovens, etc; In recent years, the number ofprivate cars is soaring; There are many towers around our lives. These phenomenaincrease the consumption of electricity, at the same time also produce a lot of uselessor harmful electromagnetic energy and increase the pollution of electromagneticenvironment. That seriously affects people’s life and production. In this paper, Istudy on semiconductor laser driver which works in such a complex electromagneticenvironment. For the ability of semiconductor laser’s accepting the electric shockisn’t very good. This requires that the semiconductor laser driver has the very goodperformance. The research on electromagnetic compatibility of semiconductor laserdriver is in order to prolong the service life of semiconductor laser; In order to makethe LD driver work normally in a more complex electromagnetic environment andnot affected by electromagnetic interference, at the same time the LD driver does notgenerate electromagnetic interference with other equipment; In order to be able tobetter adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition.This paper mainly studies the electromagnetic compatibility of semiconductorlaser driver. The paper expounds in detail the working principle of semiconductorlaser driver and the basic theory of electromagnetic compatibility, According to theprinciple of the semiconductor laser driver‘s units, the stability of each unit circuit isanalyzed, and the causes of interference for PCB are analyzed, Take measures toimprove the semiconductor laser driver and make electromagnetic compatibility of semiconductor laser driver get better. The main research contents are as follows:1) The stability of in-phase amplifier circuit and constant current drive unit circuitare analyzed with PSPICE; and the compensation capacitor is added to improve thestability of the unit circuit; This paper simulates the doping interfering signal in theinput signal to the output circuit interference, and the low-pass filter is added ininput to minimize adverse effects. The rationality of the experiment scheme wasverified by experiment, and find out the main reason of the simulation and themeasured deviation. The main reasons for the deviation between the simulated andmeasured are pointed out.2) Take the following measures to reduce the interference of PCB: determine thepackaging form of the element; ensure the PCB layout and wiring reasonable; usethe single point grounding in parallel method; add the decoupling capacitor andreduce the loop area.
