Blade acts as the core components of aircraft engines, determines thetransmission ratio, promotes efficiency and other properties indicators. Manufacturingblades are usually divided into the following steps: blade blank manufacturing,milling molding, grinding and polishing process. Milling is the main processingmethods of blade shaping, but after milling and chatter marks left on the fatigueproperties of the blade, corrosion resistance and aerodynamic characteristics have animportant impact. Grinding and polishing process is the finishing stage of blades,mainly to remove chatter marks and improve the quality of the leaf surface machiningand profile accuracy. The current foreign blade polishing technology is relativelymature, covering the automated machine tools, grinding and polishing robot in variousways, China has been moving away from the traditional hand-polished method, butthe blade polishing equipment automation in processing methods, processing methodsand processing accuracy is still in the research exploration stage. Therefore this paperstudies the basic characteristics of the blades, the development of the constantpressure to adapt to the complex curvature of the characteristics of belt grinding andpolishing tool system.Based on the characteristics of the blade configuration, belt grinding andpolishing machine characteristics and hybrid forms of gantry structure, determines thebasic elements of the system design tools, presents two complex curvature of the beltsystem solutions. The first traditional "Li bit decoupled form" flexible grinding and polishing tool system, by displacement sensors, angle sensors, force sensorsmeasured variable decoupling cylinder power system with elastic side belt tension andultimately constant grinding and polishing; The second is the introduction of newprinciple of "decoupling way out" of the new grinding and polishing tool system,removed the cylinder out from the belt decoupled form and obtained constant grindingand polishing by the difference between the gravity tool system and cylinder power.In the specific aspects of the structural design takes into account the curvature ofthe blade features a complex, grinding and polishing motor vibration, belt gear trainlayout and other issues, has designed a belt system constant grinding and polishingtools, tools which are able to determine the size of the system structure. For grindingand polishing power plant, wheel mechanism, vibration mechanism, grinding andpolishing force control and detection equipment design and selection. Throughthree-dimensional solid modeling software to complete the various components,virtual assembly and interference testing, statics characteristics, modal analysis andharmonic response analysis for tool system.In the grinding and polishing force control link, via pump, solenoid valve, FRL,electrical proportional valves, low friction cylinder pneumatic systems and otherstructures to ensure the tension of belt and the control of grinding and polishing force.The establishment of a pneumatic mathematical model of the system, access to thesystem transfer function to determine the stability of the system and add PID controlstrategy made to improve system stability, accuracy and speed indicators. Finally, asthe LabVIEW software carrier developed pneumatic control system software, dataacquisition card for data exchange center to complete the constant grinding andpolishing tools control system. Through the simulation experiment of the flat anglemachine tool error to verify the effect of constant force grinding and polishing.
