With the development of computer technology in various industries, as well as people’s living standards continuing to improve,so to the living in the requirements for the service,people will be increasingly in higher, both simple and humanity.For the conductor on the train, their work itself is a large workload, the second is the service of passengers is more, this case will cause service does not reach the designated position or service quality improvement will not come up. In this paper, based on mobile intelligent platform vehicle ticket check-in terminal can solve the realistic service problems and reduce the number of flight attendants workload, improve their working efficiency.Based on the Android system mobile smart devices for positioning the train image text recognition and extraction studies, and developed a complete system-board ticket ticket terminal, the main contents are as follows:1.On the hardware selection, this system uses the Android hardware system, then on the Android system software design, the reason why this terminal system uses the system is mainly the system has its advantages, mainly including the processing of data storage is convenient, the cost is lowly and it is based on the Android platform handheld terminals in the terminal market possession ratio is large, it is very beneficial for popularity after the system, is one of the most important characteristics of the Android platform development. From the perspective of software development in terms of the openness of the Android platform, which includes mobile smartphone running all of the software: including the underlying operating system, user interface and application, the open Android includes three parts, the Android open source code, these in the Android system provides a convenient hardware to software development.2.Software module, mainly including:(1)This system uses some algorithm of image preprocessing, including improved text skeleton algorithm, changing the text into skeleton algorithm, the improved one dimensional Mean algorithm, etc,the algorithm of obtaining character image:based on the text line characters to and extraction algorithm of projection, etc.; and some images denoising algorithm, median method, gaussian filtering method, etc, character recognition module mainly includes two parts:the recognition engine and identify training library, recognition engine is to use the NDK (Native Development Kit) compiled, compile the file as the recognition engine, and identify training library can be obtained by certain method for training, training of library is divided into Chinese and English training library.(2)To identify the text for the ticket image after pretreatment, extraction containsthe information of passengers. Mining Based on the Android platform of OCR (Optical Character Recognition, text Character Recognition) text Recognition, after preprocessing of images for character recognition, for passengers with relevant information.(3)To identify the passenger information for storaging, store a variety of ways,and we can adopt based on keyword classification of storage technology, so using this information for the flight attendant is very convenient, and we can make use of the characteristics data of the Android system itself share to their friends and relatives.
